Inner Sound Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is aimed at achieving personal goals and can support and help with improving health such as: issues with smoking , pain management, sleeping better, weight control, digestive wellness, nail biting, reducing anxiety and phobias, decreasing side-effects of cancer treatments, regulating allergy and skin conditions and the like. During the session I will use various relaxation techniques to guide you into a hypnotic state. In this state, you are still conscious and aware. You will appear to be asleep as your body is deeply relaxed but your mind will be hyper-focused and very responsive to positive suggestions, allowing you to develop inner wisdom -sound mind, sound body. This will assist you with working through your goals while releasing anxiety and stress from your mind, body and energy system. It is not a magic wand to make all your troubles vanish overnight but it is a powerful tool in helping you understand the power of your mind. Sliding Scale Pricing I offer a flexible pricing model because I believe in making my services accessible to everyone.   Pay What Feels Right For 4 sessions ( about 90 minutes each), you are invited to decide how much you'd like to pay, based on what feels fair to you. The sliding scale ranges from $500 NZD to $900 NZD for all 4 sessions. The choice is entirely yours, and you're encouraged to pay what works for you at the time. If money is still a concern, I can also offer lay-by payment options. For those facing financial difficulties ...

What foods destroy testosterone?

What foods destroy testosterone? It is no secret that testosterone plays an important role in maintaining male health. Testosterone helps with muscle growth, bone density, energy levels, and overall well-being. Unfortunately, there are certain foods that can have a negative effect on testosterone levels. While some of these foods have nutritional benefits, they should be consumed in moderation if you want to maintain a healthy testosterone level. The first food to avoid is soy. Soy is often touted as a health food, but it is actually a hormone disruptor. Soy contains phytoestrogens, which are plant-based hormones that can interfere with testosterone production in your body. This is true for both men and women, so it is best to limit your intake of soy products. Processed meats, such as hot dogs, bacon, and sausage, are also bad for testosterone levels. These meats are full of unhealthy preservatives, such as nitrates, which can interfere with hormone balance. Processed meats also tend to be high in saturated fat, which can raise cholesterol levels and reduce testosterone production. Alcohol can also be problematic for testosterone levels. Although moderate drinking can have some health benefits, excessive alcohol consumption can lead to low testosterone levels. Consuming more than two alcoholic beverages per day is considered excessive and can lead to decreased testosterone levels. Finally, sugary processed foods can be especially bad for testosterone levels. These foods are high in refined carbohydrates, which can cause spikes in your blood sugar. This can lead to increased levels of insulin, which can then interfere ...

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is an exceptionally gentle non-invasive and yet very powerful form of treatment that restores the body’s health. It works on all levels – the physical, mental and emotional, and on all that we don’t see but carry with us. Often this therapy does more than resolving the initial issue that brings a person to see the practitioner. For example, someone has hip problems, but migraines and that odd ache in the ankle disappear as well. Or someone comes in with PTSD; those symptoms disappear quickly, but a sharp pain in the shoulders and asthma come up, which are related to an emotion that’s been held onto and are resolved with some more sessions. ・ About Roze ・ How It works ・ What to expect during your visit ・ Who is it for? ・ Price ・ Contact ・ Health issues that respond well to Craniosacral Therapy   How It works All structures in the body (the different organs, all individual bones, the nervous system, fluids, etc.) have a specific rhythmic motion. When you have an injury or when you experience trauma, there are changes in these natural rhythmic movements, which are recognised by the experienced practitioner. You can look at an impact or trauma as a force that enters the body. This can be something small like hurting your toe or as big as a car accident, but it can also be psychological abuse or loss. This force leaves an imprint at a cellular level – it creates tension or stagnation. Luckily the body is resilient and will find ways ...
