Hence doing gentle stretches and movement to increasing your flexibility and strength is necessary for optimal health and a good functioning posture.<br \/>\nYes health comes with a bit of daily work.<br \/>\nIn yoga we do these movements while slowing down and focusing on our breath, this calms the nervous system and stills the mind. She conducts the class at a gentle pace, allowing the body to stretch with ease. I especially enjoy the flowing sequences of exercises, and I found that her guidance helped me to regain movement after an arm injury. Roze\u2019s classes leave me feeling calm and peaceful and have helped me to improve my strength and flexibility.
